Popcorn at the ready? Settle down and watch our Forest School film

You won't actually have time to munch on much popcorn as our Introduction to Forest School clip is only 4 minutes and 10 seconds long. Just enough time to give you an insight into what Forest School is like. If you want to see the full Forest School film you can click on the links to the other four clips which make up the film, enjoy and let us know what you think.

Advising teenage parents?

If you're a practitioner working with parents under 18, trying to advise teenage parents on issues such as childcare, housing and benefits, it can be complex as what they are able to access will vary depending on their circumstances. The organisation Gingerbread offer expert advice on all of these issues and are taking questions for their online advice session on the 27 August. If you want to ask a question just click here

Please note this is not a "live" session - questions should be submitted before the 27th of August and all answers will be posted on the "Advice Sessions" page of our website on the 29th of August.

If you are not a practitioner and need advice on any of the issues above, then please call the Single Parent Helpline on 0808 802 0925 to speak to one of their advisers.
