Talk to me!
Do you have a one to two year old?

Did you know that your child can say up to 50 words by the time they're two years old? You play a key role in your child's communication development but if you're struggling for ideas or are finding it hard to find the time, our free leaflets and cards may be just what you're looking for.

In our free Every Child a Talker leaflets find out what your child can do and get tips to help encourage their communication development. There's one for children aged 12 to 18 months old and one for 18 to 24 months.

For activity ideas, check out the Talking Time cards for toddlers. There's tips on things to talk to your child about when you're doing the activities too.

And if you've ever wondered how a child sees the world, watch the short film below from the Communications Trust. Just click on the film to start it.

Next e-bulletin we'll be focusing on children aged between two and three years old. And if you missed the previous Parents' Pages e-bulletin, catch up now as we looked at babies six to 12 months old.
