111 NHS Direct new number
111 is the new NHS Direct number you can call free of charge from a landline or a mobile, if you have a non urgent medical enquiry or would like information about another health related issue. It replaces the old NHS Direct number and is much easier to remember.

Move with me extra - 6 to 12 months crawling

When a baby crawls they're using both eyes, both ears, both hands and both feet and this cross-lateral movement helps strengthen both sides of their brain. This allows the brain to share important sensory information and the more information the brain receives the greater the development. So, crawling can actually help your baby with mathematics later on in life! Read our Move with me leaflets to find out more.
